EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NPDES Modification and Variance Requests to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Modification and Variance Requests, which expires on February 28, 1999, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
