EPA Transfers Confidential Business Information to Multiple Contractors

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will transfer confidential business information to several contractors, including SAIC and its subcontractors, as part of its efforts to support and implement solid and hazardous waste regulations under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
