EPA Approves Missouri State Implementation Plan Revision with Minor Corrections

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the state of Missouri, with the exception of Section 9, which includes minor corrections to the 'Construction Permits Required' rule to improve readability and consistency with federal regulations.
