EPA Requests OMB Review for New Worker Protection Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new Information Collection Request (ICR) related to its Worker Protection Standard for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, which is set to expire on January 31, 1999.
