GIPSA Increases Fees for Official Inspection and Weighing Services

The Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is raising fees for certain official inspection and weighing services in the US to cover increased operational costs due to a 3.6% cost-of-living increase in Federal salaries, effective January 1999.
