U.S. EPA Proposes Administrative Agreement for Collection of CERCLA Response and Oversight Costs at West Roosevelt Drum Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing an Administrative Agreement to collect a significant percentage of response and oversight costs at the West Roosevelt Drum Superfund Site, with the respondent agreeing to pay $17,000 in exchange for protection from future lawsuits and contribution claims.
