Clean Air Act: Contractor Access to Confidential Business Information

The EPA has authorized the following contractor to access information that has been, or will be, submitted to EPA under section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act(CAA) as amended: Computer Based Systems Inc., (CBSI), 2750 Prosperity Ave., Fairfax, VA 22031 (Contract #68-W- 98-045) and its subcontractor, Creative Information Technology, Inc., (CITI), 9064 Manorwood Rd., Laurel, MD 20723. Some of the information may be claimed to be confidential business information (CBI) by the submitter.
