Proposed Implementation Guidance for the Revised Ozone and Particulate Matter (PM) National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) and Regional Haze Program

The EPA is hereby extending by 22 days, the closing date of the public comment period regarding EPA's notice of availability published November 27, 1998 at 63 FR 65593. The original comment period was to close on December 28, 1998. The new closing date will be January 19, 1999.
