Reinstatement of Small Business Set-Asides and Unrestricted Competition for Certain Acquisitions Under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program

The Director of Defense Procurement has reinstated small business set-aside procedures for certain construction acquisitions by the Army and Navy, and also allowed unrestricted competition for these acquisitions, as well as non-nuclear ship repair acquisitions by the Navy. This reinstatement applies to solicitations under specific SIC codes and major groups.
