Harry S. Truman Scholarship 1999 Competition

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the authority contained in the Harry S. Truman Memorial Scholarship Act, Public Law 93-642 (20 U.S.C. 2001), nominations are being accepted from eligible institutions of higher education for 1999 Truman Scholarships. Procedures are prescribed in 45 CFR 1801 (August 22, 1994; vol. 59, No. 161 sec. 13). In order to be assured consideration, all documentation in support of nominations for the competition must be received by the Truman Scholarship Review Committee, 2201 North Dodge, P.O. Box 168, Iowa City, IA 52243 no later than January 26, 1999, from participating four year institutions.
