U.S. Coast Guard Extends Comment Period for Lake Michigan River Barge Load Line Rule
The U.S. Coast Guard is extending the public comment period for its proposed rule on Limited Service Domestic Voyage Load Lines for River Barges on Lake Michigan until March 4, 1999, to accommodate more public input.
