EPA Extends Comment Period for New York State Public Utilities Project XL Rulemaking

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for the Project XL Rulemaking for New York State Public Utilities from January 6, 1999, to January 27, 1999, in response to a request from stakeholders.
