NASA Proposes Rule to Prohibit Management Fee in New and Modified Grants and Cooperative Agreements

NASA is proposing a rule to revise its Grant and Cooperative Agreement Handbook, effectively eliminating the management fee for all new grants and cooperative agreements, as well as modifications to existing ones, starting from an unspecified date.
