EPA Extends Reporting Deadline for 1998 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory Update Rule (IUR) Reports

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the reporting deadline for 1998 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Inventory Update Rule (IUR) reports, allowing manufacturers and importers to submit their reports by January 31, 1999, instead of the original deadline of December 31, 1998. This one-time extension applies only to the 1998 reporting period, and the amendment takes effect on December 29, 1998.
