New England Fishery Management Council to Hold Public Meetings in January 1999

The New England Fishery Management Council is holding public meetings in January 1999 to discuss actions that may impact New England fisheries within the exclusive economic zone. The council will consider recommendations from its Herring and Groundfish Oversight Committees and Groundfish Advisory Panel.
