VA Announces Cost-of-Living Adjustments and Headstone Allowance Rate for Fiscal Year 1999

The Department of Veterans Affairs is providing notice of cost-of-living adjustments to certain benefit rates and income limitations, effective for Fiscal Year 1999, and setting the maximum reimbursement amount for headstones or markers purchased in lieu of government-provided headstones, which began on October 1, 1998.
