NOAA to Evaluate Guam Coastal Zone Management Program and National Estuarine Research Reserves

The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management will conduct evaluations of the Guam Coastal Zone Management Program and three National Estuarine Research Reserves, as required by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, to assess their performance in meeting national objectives and adhering to approved plans.
