Recourse Loan Regulations for Honey

This final rule is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act, 1999 (the 1999 Act), which amended the Agricultural Market Transition Act, and provides for the availability of recourse loans to producers of 1998 crop honey. This rule sets forth the regulations for the administration of the honey recourse loan program.
