Boeing Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for 747-100, -200, and -300 Series Airplanes

Boeing is proposing a new airworthiness directive to inspect and repair lower lobe fuselage frames on certain 747-100, -200, and -300 series airplanes to prevent fatigue cracks and rapid decompression
