FinCEN Invites Comments on Proposed Renewal of Foreign Exchange and Securities Information Collection Requirements

FinCEN is seeking public comments on a proposed renewal of existing regulations requiring dealers in foreign exchange and broker-dealers in securities to maintain specific records, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
