FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Chicago O'Hare International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Chicago O'Hare International Airport and allocate revenue from the charge to Gary Regional Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
