FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Manchester Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to rule on an application to impose and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge at Manchester Airport in New Hampshire, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
