This is a notice of availability of draft Advisory Circular (AC) material, which provides guidance as to an acceptable means of accomplishing the requirements of proposed rules on the subject of normal and transport category rotorcraft load combination safety requirements and on the subject of normal category rotorcraft maximum weight and passenger seat limitation.
