Proposed revision of Class E airspace; Grant Junction, CO

This proposal would amend the class E airspace at Grant Junction, CO to provide additional controlled airspace to accommodate the development of a new Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) utilizing the Global Positioning System (GPS) at the Walker Field Airport. This new SIAP requires modification of airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface in order to contain Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) procedures.
