Dornier Model 328-100 Series Airplanes to Replace Landing Gear Proximity Sensor Electrical Units

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive requiring the replacement of certain landing gear proximity sensor electrical units on Dornier Model 328-100 series airplanes to prevent the failure of normal extension and retraction of the landing gear, which could result in collapse of the main landing gear upon landing.
