Puritan-Bennett Aero Systems Company Proposes Airworthiness Directive for Oxygen Masks

The company is proposing a new airworthiness directive to inspect and replace or repair defective oxygen masks on aircraft equipped with its C351-2000 series masks, following reports of defective oxygen masks from three airplane manufacturers.
