Rome, NY Airspace Proposal Sparks Concern

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed removing Class D and Class E airspace at Griffiss Airfield in Rome, NY, due to the closure of the air traffic control tower, which no longer meets the required criteria for Class D airspace.
