FAA Approves Amendment to Noise Compatibility Program at Fort Worth Meacham Airport
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved an amendment to the noise compatibility program at Fort Worth Meacham Airport, following a review of the city's noise exposure maps and recommendations submitted under the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). The approval was made in accordance with the FAA's findings, which were based on the description of federal and nonfederal responsibilities outlined in a Senate report from 1980.
