FAA Proposes Rule on Application to Use Passenger Facility Charge at Yeager Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on an application to collect a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Yeager Airport in Charleston, West Virginia, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Part 158 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
