Rolladen Schneider Flugzeugbau GmbH Models LS 3-A, LS 4, and LS 4a Sailplanes Receive Airworthiness Directive Amendment

The Federal Aviation Authority for Germany has issued an airworthiness directive amendment requiring the inspection and modification of the forward elevator mounting bracket on Rolladen Schneider Models LS 3-A, LS 4, and LS 4a sailplanes to prevent loose brackets from causing loss of control.
