Department of the Treasury to Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Clearance

The Department of the Treasury will submit a request for public comment on its Due Diligence Programs for Correspondent Accounts for Foreign Financial Institutions and for Private Banking Accounts, which must be reviewed and cleared by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) by a certain date, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
