US Proposes Ban on Oxygen-Generating Devices in Aircraft Cargo

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a rule to prohibit the transportation of devices designed to generate oxygen in aircraft cargo, with limited exceptions, in response to a recent NPRM published in the Federal Register on August 27, 1998.
