Proposed Modification of Class E Airspace; Fostoria, OH

This notice proposes to modify Class E airspace at Fostoria, OH. A Global Positioning System (GPS) Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP), 099 deg. helicopter point in space approach, has been developed for Fostoria Community Hospital Heliport. Controlled airspace extending upward from 700 to 1200 feet above ground level (AGL) is needed to contain aircraft executing the approach. This action proposes to modify existing controlled airspace; for Fostoria, OH, in order to include the point in space approach serving Fostoria Community Hospital Heliport.
