FAA Proposes to Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Binghamton Regional Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to impose and use a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Binghamton Regional Airport in New York, as required by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
