FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Dornier Model 328-100 Series Airplanes
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive requiring a one-time inspection to verify the correct installation of lockplates on roll spoiler actuators in Dornier Model 328-100 series airplanes, in response to a foreign civil airworthiness authority's mandatory continuing airworthiness information, to prevent fatigue cracking and ensure structural integrity and controllability of the aircraft.
