This amendment revises Class E airspace at Roswell, NM. The development of an instrument landing system (ILS) standard instrument approach procedure (SIAP) to Roswell Industrial Air Center, Roswell, NM, has made this rule necessary. This action is intended to provide adequate controlled airspace extending upward from 700 feet or more above the surface for instrument flight rules (IFR) operations to Roswell Industrial Air Center, Roswell, NM.
