FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Duluth International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposal to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Duluth International Airport and use the revenue at both Duluth International Airport and Sky Harbor Airport, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
