OFAC Adopts Final Rule to Clarify Property Blocking and Prohibition Orders

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is updating its rules to clarify the process for issuing orders that restrict access to specific assets or interests in assets, and will add this information to 35 of its sanctions regulations.
