Federal Acquisition Regulation; Review of Award Fee Determinations (Burnside-Ott) - Proposed Amendment to FAR

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council propose to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in response to rulings from the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Federal Claims, clarifying the application of the Contract Disputes Act to government contract disputes.
