Federal Acquisition Regulation; Application of the Brooks Act: FAR Rule Removes NIMA Reference

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to remove a reference to the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, as part of the Brooks Act application.
