Availability of Environmental Impact Study Record of Decision

The General Services Administration (GSA) National Capital Region (NCR) announces the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Environmental Impact Study (EIS) undertaken for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) consolidation project. The project is for the lease acquisition of 2.4 million rentable square feet with a 20-year term on three possible sites in northern Virginia: Crystal City, Eisenhower Avenue, and Carlyle.
