GSA Announces Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for DOT Headquarters

The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a new or renovated headquarters for the Department of Transportation (DOT) in Washington, D.C., and will hold a public meeting to discuss the proposal, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
