Federal Travel Regulation; Conference Planning

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to amend the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) governing conference planning. Because conferences have different requirements than routine temporary duty (TDY) travel, GSA is proposing to provide specific guidance to minimize overall Government expenses associated with conferences.
