Federal Acquisition Regulation; Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Empowerment Contracting Program Adopted as Final Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have finalized a rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, implementing changes to the Small Business Administration's Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program regulations, which were originally published in 1998 and corrected in 1999.
