Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend FAR Due to Changes in Mandatory Multiple Award Schedule Contracts Program

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council agreed to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to delete language related to the Financial Management Systems Software Mandatory Multiple Award Schedule Contracts Program, as the program is no longer mandatory due to changes in OMB Circular A-127.
