Federal Acquisition Regulation; Review of Award Fee Determinations (Burnside-Ott)

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement rulings from the United States Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Federal Claims. The amendments clarify that the Contract Disputes Act applies to all disputes under Government contracts, unless a more specific statute provides for other remedies.
