Federal Acquisition Regulation; Nondisplacement of Qualified WorkersCommercial Items: Final Rule Adopted

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to add the Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers clause, which requires contractors to hire local workers for certain projects, to the list of clauses that can be incorporated by reference in contract terms and conditions.
