Federal Acquisition Regulation; Construction Industry Payment Protection Act of 1999 Proposed Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Construction Industry Payment Protection Act of 1999, which enhances payment protection for government contracts, particularly those under $100,000.
