Request for Public Comment: Identification of Countries Under Section 182 of the Trade Act of 1974

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comment on identifying countries that deny adequate intellectual property protection or unfair market access to U.S. companies. The USTR will review foreign acts, policies, and practices to determine which countries should be designated as priority foreign countries under Section 182 of the Trade Act.
