U.S. Trade Representative Submits Report on Trade Expansion Priorities to Congress

The U.S. Trade Representative has submitted a report outlining the United States' trade expansion priorities to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee, as mandated by the 'Super 301' provisions of Executive Order 13116, issued on March 31, 1999.
